Investment intermediary "Capital Finance" is a limited liability company which has obtained license to pursue the business of an investment intermediary РГ-03-0210 / 13.02.2006 on the grounds of Resolution N85-ИП / 11.02.2004, Resolution N450- ИП / 14.07.2005 and Resolution N83-ИП / 01.02.2006 Of the Financial Supervision Commission.

According to the Law on Public offering securities, Investment Intermediary "Capital Finance" provides investment services and activities within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria under Art 54, Para 2, Item1,2 and 6 and Art 54, Para3, Item 1,3 and 5 of The Law on Public offering securities.

Investment Intermediary "Capital Finance" provides the following services:

Consultations to companies concerning the capital structure, industrial strategy and related issues.
Consultations and services concerning acquiring and purchase of enterprises
Investment researches and financial analyzes and other forms of consultations concerning securities
Safekeeping and administration of securities for clients' account, including custodian activity /holding of securities and moneys of clients at a depository institution/ and related to it services such as management of the received money resources/ the provided security.

Investment Intermediary "Capital Finance" is a member of Central Depository according to a contract for membership of 24th March 2004, and has its place on the BSE-Sofia, which is the only licensed stock exchange in Bulgaria.

Investment Intermediary "Capital Finance" has high-tech equipment and a spacious office in the center of Sofia and works with high-qualified staff.
